Class Option
HIIT
Efficient, high-output sessions built to develop cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and total-body power. Each class alternates short bursts of high-intensity work with planned recovery, keeping your heart rate elevated while maintaining quality movement throughout.
Sessions blend functional strength, athletic conditioning, and bodyweight or loaded movements, with options to scale based on your experience and goals. Coaching keeps the pace high and the technique sharp.

Move with confidence, strength, and control. Legends is built to develop practical, everyday strength through purposeful movements that support balance, mobility, posture, and joint health.
