Why should I train at SPARK?

Two Reasons

1 – We are the best.  Our team is chalk full of experience and education.  Our facility is second to none.  Our community is full of people like you – meaning you will feel like you belong.

2 – Because you deserve it. ANY IDIOT CAN MAKE YOU TIRED, WE MAKE YOU BETTER. Stop wasting your time and money on myths, gimmicks and quackery that don’t give you results and come to SPARK

 

What should I wear / bring?

A good pair of CLEAN athletic shoes is required. If it is wet outside DO NOT wear your shoes to the facility as soiled footwear will not be permitted on the workout floor.

We recommend comfortable loose fitting clothes. T-shirts and shorts are the suggested combo. Track pants are too hot and do not allow enough mobility – we’ve had a few people blow them out.

And of course a water bottle.  Coolers are onsite so you can keep them full.

 

What If I’ve never gone to a gym before and I’m scared to death?

Then you are not unlike many of our clients when they first came in.  Yes we train professional and other high level athletes but we also train “regular” people.  We are here to guide you through the paces to make sure you get the most out of your time in the gym.  Whether you attend group classes or personal training we will ensure you are instructed in the movements and are safe and confident before moving on.
